How to allow the form to enter n number of crew member details?

is i possible for a certain question such as name to be presented multiple times, depending on how many peoples names someone needs to enter?

i am building a form to collet information from a lead contact, who then needs enter the details of an unspecified number of crew members. We dont know how many crew members they have so cant add the right number of fields. is there a way that a new field would appear each time they complete the one before?
