Two days ago, on Wednesday 28th, I created a form link to send to a customer who was having trouble completing the form embedded in my website. I was given this link: https://form.jotformeu.com/83312750031343
This link no longer takes you to the form, and the customer hasn't been able to complete access the form.
Today I selected publish for as link and have been given a different link to the original: https://form.jotformeu.com/82274207186357
Does the link expire? Or is there another reason why the link I created no longer sent me to the form?
Thanks!

Form URLs doesn't expire. However, when I checked the first link you provided, it appears that it is a link to a copy (clone) of for your current form (2nd link). And, it is in your account's Trash Folder — the reason why it is not being redirected to the form.
I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us anytime if you have other questions or concerns.

Hi Mike - thanks for your response. so this mean that accessing the form via the second link (https://form.jotformeu.com/82274207186357) is good for however much we need to use it?

Yes, that is correct. Form URL doesn't expire unless you delete/purge the form.
