I'm attempting to downgrade back to the free version. I select cancel next to my plan and I'm taken to some website I'm not familar with and I have no username or password for.

Your payment was made using our payment gateway: Plimus. Your username should be in a plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.
Your JotForm subscription is now canceled so you need not to look for your Plimus username. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires
