The My Forms page in my account doesn't match the screenshots shown in your guide on how to create Form Reports

    Hi, 


    Please review the attached picture. This is not my view when I go into create a report. Also, sometimes I get flipped around when I go to my forms and cannot see them.

    I cannot generate an auto response either. The view is different than the user guide.

    Hey @Lorielorae - Is this what you see when you said "I get flipped around when I go to my forms and cannot see them"?

    This happens when your log in session expires. Our system automatically logs you out every 2 hours. If you notice you're not seeing any forms on your MY FORMS page, just click LOGIN at the top to log back in to your account.

    As soon as you're in, you can proceed on generating a report using our guide.

    I cannot generate an auto response either. The view is different than the user guide.

    After making sure that you're still logged in, you should be able to setup your AUTORESPONDERS.
