Hi, we're considering using a JotForm Professional package to collect several large files at a time from approximately 300 customers in a two-month period.  The video files we need would be up to 150MB each and the images would be bewteen 10-25MB each, so one submission could contain 300-400MB of file attachments in total.  Have other customers used JotForm in this way before and how did the system cope with the high volume of file uploads? Many thanks in advance for your response. Cheers, Emilie.

Our system would cope just fine since we have load balanced servers. However, we do not allow form upload submissions with over 100MBs. You should probably use a service that's designed exactly for sending very large files. There are services like that. I think one of them was called DropSend or something like that.
