Your current form notifications recipient settings is something incorrect. You haven't separated the email address with comman then space after the second email address. I have corrected this for your convenience.
Please try to do and actual submissions again, see if you still can't receive the notifications.

I suggest you to change your form notifications sender email to email@example.com;
