    Capturing data from another form

Asked by imhealthe on January 15, 2013 at 11:42 AM

    Hello,

    I have ten users (user1, user2...user10).

Each one has a unique ID (ID1, ID2...ID10).

Each week the users will be submiting data that they collect using 'DataForm'. To access 'DataForm', they will need to go through a 'gateway form' in which they will enter their IDs. Only if the correct ID is entered will the Submit bottom appear which will then take them to DataForm.

Now, is there any way in which I can capture the ID from the 'gateway form' to the DataForm? I can always ask them to enter their ID again in the DataForm, but that appears to be a bit pointless if they have already done that once.

    Thanks

    Sid
