I am looking for a low cost way to do registration for our school. We currently have a Jotform subscription. I would like to see if I can create individualized prefilled forms and have users (parents) confirm the details.

    Thank you for contacting us.

There are two ways to prefill the forms:

    1. Prepopulating the fields to your JotForm via URL parameters

It may be hard to manage when you have a lot of form fields.

    2. Using session variable to save filled data on the form.

How to Save Forms to Continue Later

Example, create a form, access it with some unique session value:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30145648836964?session=someUniqueValueHere

When you click on the Next/Back button (on Page Break form element) the session will be saved, so you can save the data on the form. Then, send that unique session URL with prefilled data to associated user.

If this is something that you may use, please let us know. We can help you to understand that work around.
