Form won't load

Good morning,

I just started trying to use Jotform and it goes to a blank screen when I select the "edit" button. Also, my submissions are missing. 

Please assist and thank you for your help. 

Apologies, we did have brief server issues this morning that should now be resolved.  If the issue persists, please let us know which form we can check to replicate the issue and we can take a look.
