Security Verification Seal : Global Security/Rapid SSLAsked by loricopes on January 15, 2013 at 03:12 PM
Thank you for contacting us.
To add the Secure Site Seal logo to your form please follow the next steps:
1. From the Power Tools sub menu, click to add an Image to your form.
2. In the Image wizard, select Security Certificate Seal.
3. Click Next, then click the Add Seal button.
Note that this Site Seal will not be clickable (but the SSL form is 100% secure), since GlobalSign verification is not working with our security proxy provider - Cloudflare.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
this is outdated and unhelpful. plus we need the same question answered for your current provider rapidssl. nowhere on the documentations or forums can i find a link that can actually show the security ifnormation verification of jotform
RapidSSL doesn't provide a clickable link .
I am forwarding this concern to our developers
We have released a fix for this problem. Security seal images should now be clickable and verifiable.
Hello - I did exactly that and although I could view the image in my form, however, after publishing the page on my site, the image is not there nor can it be seen by myself or my clients. What gives?
@FHCollins. We do recommend that you create a separate thread for this issue so that we can investigate on also create a ticket to our developers if the need arises. We can only handle 1 ticket per thread. Unfortunately, this thread already have a ticket escalated.
You may create a new thread here. Furthermore, I would also advise to please give us the form link on the new thread and also the website where the form is so that we can further investigate on that focus on it. Thank you
