Upgrade Account

Hi,

If I have a paid account for the bronze level and I still have 7 months left in my term, will I be charge the full amount if I upgrade to silver level...will this start over a new year?

Need answer asap for my client

Depending on the your payment processor. If you use PayPal to subscribe, we can cancel your subscription and refund the remaining time unused. Then you can upgrade your subscription to Silver.

If you use Credit Card, you would be pro-rated when you upgrade your subscription. You won't be charged with the full amount if you upgrade to a higher subscription.
