    We suddenly have several customers saying that email from our Gmail domain email is ending up in their Spam during the last week. Users are using Microsoft O365, and GoDaddy.

    Did something change with our company Gmail Sending that we need to be aware of and address?

    Are you using your Gmail address as sender on your JotForm form? 

    I have been checking using your email address and did not find an account associated, note that while using an SMTP sender your custom sender information will be sent, it may be that the address has been marked as spam by some users. 

    I would also recommend you to provide us the form where you experience this, we will have a look on that.
