    Hi,

I noticed that you are using both collapse fields and page break fields on the same form. Usually, this 2 fields are better not used at the same time. So, please decide which one you like to use instead.

BUT I cannot see any fault on your form though. Can you pleas clarify what you are trying to achieve?

When I test your form, I can see all the collapse fields on the 1st page and I can collapse/uncollapse them to reveal the questions/fields.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,

Bummer Re: not being able to use both Page Breaks & Collapse fields they are both really useful for different purposes.

The read balloon window on the attached was trying to explain what I'm trying to achieve.

The collapse is working OK however, I'd just like to to collapse into only the next field not the two next fields or lines should i say. Maybe I've misunderstood the use of Collapse.

What I'm trying to do is have a larger text area field that will appear only if needed ie. it's collapsed out of sight unless someone decides they need to add a comment. It has the effect of helping to make the form shorter and more user friendly to the user. I hope that makes sense. I can make a video of what I'm talking about if you like but would need tobe able to email it to you - or I could attache a link to a video if that would help??

    Regards

    Annie

    Hi Annie,

You may consider adding a radio box that has the option as YES or NO, then use our conditional logic tool to show the text area if they click the option "YES".

Example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30103770411943 (The first radio button)

I hope this will help. Thanks
