    Second email address does not get notified upon submission.

    I need to notify a second person when there's a new submission but I can't make it work. I tried this buy adding a second notification and also adding the second email delimited by a comma in the first notification but no luck either way. I always get the notification and the second one never does. How can I make this work?Thanks, George

    Hi George,

    You should make an actual submissions with your form in order to test email addresses entered on your form notification, did you did that? If not, please give it a try and let us know how it turns out.

    We would also like to ask the form URL where you've set these emails so we can check it here.

    Yes I have done that, we also had some actual submissions and no email came through to the second account only the first. The form is on sbaquaticsclub.com go to the registration page and scroll to the bottom.Thanks, George

    Hi,

    Email address "cindy@*******club.com" is in our bouncelist which causing the problem. Here's the reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'

    It should be working fine now.
