I note when we click on the Embeded form options;
the email option gives us option to 'secure' the form and is changes the link to a https
but it doesn't seem to change or have the https just the http - on the code for embedding it into a google site for example.
Soooooo my question is, is it secure if we embed it in a google site???
Cheers & Thanks & forgive my ignorance

The reason why we do that because google automatically changes http link to https. Therefore, there's no need to change it as http. Try to place your google embed code to google sites and submit a test submissions, you'll find out that submissions will be counted as SSL (click the "person looking" avatar on the top navigation menu), meaning it was submitted on a secure connection (https).
Hope this clarifies a bit. Thanks!
