Form session: Form does not save the session and it pull blank field when using the session url.

    Dear JotForm,

    One of our participants (JaquiT) was unable to access their pending submission using the JotForm link as I described below. I believe they must have saved at least some of their answers, and should have been able to see some of their answers when they used the link. Unfortunately, all of their answers were gone. Is there some way to recover these answers?

    I am sorry to hear this. This should not have happened. I apologize for this inconvenience.

    We are going to ask immediately to the JotForm support team what might have happened and try to recover your answers. They usually answer fast.
    I had a look in our JotForm pending and completed submissions, and I did not find your incomplete (or completed) submission there. You may have received an email a minutes ago from JotForm sending a link again, because I was trying to access your form. I could see that your form is blank, as you already said. What should have happened when you were filling out the form the first time, is that when you clicked the button to go to the next page, your answers on the page you just left would be saved by JotForm
    When you first filled out the form, JotForm should have sent the following message to you:
    Subject: Access to finishing to complete your Problem Formulation 1 form later or to edit it
    Thank you for your participation in the Problem Formulation 1 (ERA-GABCA).

    You can finish to complete your form later or edit it after submission by accessing:

    link removed to link list below

    This link would return you to your answers. As you indicated that you had filled the form with most of your draft answers, you must have clicked on the next button on several pages, so you should have been able to see your draft answers, and I should have been able to see that your had either a pending or completed submission.

    I filled in most of my answers on the JotForm yesterday but would like to edit some and add more, however the link that was emailed to me takes me to a blank form with no way to edit my answers. Is that what is supposed to happen?

    I just tested the form and was able to replicate the issue. It seems that the session is not recognized. I will escalate this to our L2 team for further investigation.

    We'll let you know here once we have an update about this.

    I cloned your forms and tested it. I couldn't see any problem about save&continue feature. Do you still have this issue?
