    I have just again tried to cancel my Silver subscription to free. I don't know if this has been successful or not. I have no money left in the account, so if you do not stop charging me, the account will go into overdraft and I will then charge your company the legal fees required.

    Your Silver subscription that is being paid through PayPal appears to be still active. You need to make sure to log in to your PayPal account to cancel it from there. You may even contact PayPal support, so they can help you to cancel it. Unfortunately, PayPal does not give us the option to cancel it from our end.

    We have refunded the last payment from that subscription(id: I-JM3H622YG822). Your account has been set back to free status. Let us know if you need more help.
