    Constant Contact Integration: Does not add a contact to a list,unless it is manually added

    We have set emails from the following form http://form.jotform.com/form/2791138054 to be pushed to a listing in our Constant Contact, not working? Any ideas why not.

    Hi there, 

    i have tested and noticed that there seems to be an error on constant contact's side.

    I cloned your form and made three submissions.  i could not see the added contacts on the list, however, the counter of the list would increment with each new contact.

    So, counter for contacts was correct but it would not display the contacts.

    I added a contact manually and all the contacts that had been added with the form showed up all at once.

    Here is a vide to show you what happens.  You may want to try it to see if that adds all the missing contacts and I will forward this issue to our dev team for further investigation.

    Hi ceramicarts,

    I investigated the issue so far, there seems no problems on our side. The submissions data correctly submitted to Constant Contact, and they correctly stores the new contact information. The problem is that their GUI implements a serverside cache to improve performance, and any changes through api does not sometimes propogate to GUI.

    I just tried again with constant contact and they said you guys have to contact them, not me as a customer.  They said that they don't even have you as a licensed vendor?  I just confirmed that some of the contacts make it in 3rd party (jot form).  But some don't?
