Dear JotForm Team,
We have been using JotForm for two months now and are currently receiving applications for an event we are organising. However, i just noticed that we have almost reached the limit for secure SSL submissions (7 out of 10). We are not using the secured submissions variant. I checked the form embedding settings as you've inidated in responses to similar questions in this forum and the 'Secure form' box is not ticked. The webpage where the form is embedded is an http one (not an https). Therefore, i don't understand why the submissions we have received so far have been secured SSL submissions.
Could you fix this problem or tell us what to do about it?

As I've check your form in your website, I found out that your form is secured. Please take a look at this: http://www.screencast.com/t/yXMRn0IY
In order to fixed this, all you need to do is re-embed your form code into your website. Just make sure to used non-secured form to avoid this from happening again.
If you need further assistance, do let us know.

I see. Well, it seems that the form has been securely embedded by mistake. We managed to resolve this. The clip was very helpful. Thank you for your swift response!
