PDF in new version to old view

Hello,

My PDF viewer is coming in as the new version and I want it to come in as the old version - I tried going to email - advanced - pdf editor and it looks fine in there, but when the jotforms come through they come in as the new view which is hard to read. How do I change it back to the old view?

Can you please try checking your Form if you're using the OLD PDF editor?

Go to your Form then Settings>Form settings and scroll down until you find Use new PDF editor and select NO.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
