Unable to upgrade the account.

    THE UPGRADE PROESS IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE WRITTEN NUMEROUS EMAIL TO CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. THERE RESPONSE HAS BEEN FOLLOW THE SCREEN. THEY ARE REJECTING OUR PAYMENTS BECAUSE WE HAVE EXCEEDED OUR LIMIT.

    I AM TRYING TO UPGRADE BUT TO NO AVAIL.

    PLEASE SO CALLED "CUSTOMER SERVICE" help

    I can see that your other thread has been taken care of and escalated. Also, my manager responded to you on your other thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1662822.

    Have you tried upgrading again as per advised?
