I tried cloning one of your form http://www.jotform.co/form/81568684264873 and made some test submission, it downloaded the PDF attachment in my notification without any issue.

To further isolate the issue, please try the suggestions below and see if that helps.

1). Clear your form cache and browser cache.

    2). Try using other browsers

3). Try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).

    Looking forward for your response.

    Thx Jed
Yes I agree it does download as a PDF but that’s not the full issue
It downloads as a foxit? Phantom PDF so when I save the PDF into my client
management system I then can’t open it.
I want to be able to download it as a standard PDF that I can save
elsewhere and then reopen as needed.
I look at your steps below but wanted to see your thoughts on the issue.
    Thx
    Zoe

I checked on the internet about Foxit and it seems that this application is for PDF management. If you have this installed on your system and set it as your default app, that might be the reason on why it downloads via foxit app.

Are you aware that you have foxit program installed on your system? Please check and set Adobe as your default PDF reader https://pattersonsupport.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22765/~/make-adobe-acrobat-reader-the-default-pdf-viewer.

Let us know how it goes.
