Every time user get to the last page to upload the artwork it just takes them to the first page.

Hello. 

I have a form for artist to submit designs for my website. I have been reaching out to them through instagram and have been dm them a link to fill out. The form is six pages and every time they get to the last page to upload the artwork it just takes them to the first page. 

Any reason why?

It seems to be working in an email but not in an Instagram link. 

I tried to share it from my dummy instagram to my real instagram but, I was able to complete the form. Also, you do not have any image uploader or file uploader in your form for the user to upload files.

Is the issue happening on mobile or desktop? Also, are you facing this issue on the webpage you embed the form?

Could you please provide the webpage URL you have embedded the form if this issue encounters on your webpage?
