How to unhide the Customer address field?

    Hello

    Someone not so techy over here has accidently hidden address's for some of our customers. Could you please walk me through the steps to repopulate this.

    Are you referring to this Form https://www.jotform.com/72216510250240?

    If yes, I noticed the address field is shown in the Form. To which address are you referring to? Would you mind briefing the concern once again?

    When we get an email from Jot Form that a customer has subscribe to a program it shows their address. When we login to our Jot Form account the address is not showing on the customers file.
    Please advise ASAP

    I see that the address field has data from November, 8th, 2018. Have you deleted the address field previously and then re-added it.

    Please note that field once deleted, the data would also be deleted along with that. Re-adding the field would not re-add the data to your submissions page.

    Although your form revision history does not show any changes for the address field, it seems to me that the address field has been deleted and re-added. 

    Based on your form emails before November 8, 2018, the address field is labeled as Service Address, and it is placed after Contract Holder field. On your current form layout, the Address field is placed after Phone Number. 

    Check this log, for example, https://www.jotform.com/emails/5bd7119e2e127336d60792d4. You can find more from your email history section:

    Unfortunately, there is no way we can recover these data. Please view them in the email history instead.

    You will have to manually edit the submissions if you'd like to add the address yourself.

    Go to the submissions page (https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions).

    Select the submission with an empty address from the grid at the bottom, go back to the top and click Edit:
