Why I am not getting email notifications?

    Hello.  Neither of the two of us listed to get email notifications when someone submits a form are getting them.  Please help. Thank you.

    Upon checking, I see that you have set up email condition to your form. However, the condition has an incomplete condition and the two email you mentioned on your screenshot is not in condition.

    You will need to set up another condition for the email in your screenshot so you will receive an email notification in that email address.

    Thank you for your response.  But I think I’m confused as to conditions.  All I want is for the two email addresses to received a copy of the registrations (the form completed).  I’ve done many JotForms before, so I’m even more confused as I have never used Conditions before.  I just want the two email addresses to be notified when a form is completed.  Please help me figure this out.  Thank you.

    In this case, you do not need the email condition. I see that the email condition has been removed, so that each form submission will be emailed to the specified email recipients.
