Hi, I need to set up a form which directs clients to different pages, based on their country.
For example if they are from the "default" country they'll go to webpage-a.html after submitting
But if they are from Singapore, Canada or 5 other countries, they'll go to webpage-b.html after submitting.
If this is not possible then perhaps we could set up conditional logic so that the form itself provides the client with the link to the correct page based on the client's address?
Or... a two-part form?

You can do this using a dropdown field for country and the condition logic feature. The only caveat here is -- you will have to create a lot of condition rules(for each country). Too much condition rules will be difficult to manage within the form.
Another means is -- to use the form's source code. Then you can simply add your redirect codes in the form. This is much simpler but will require that you have the means to host the form in your own website.
Please inform us if you have further input/ideas about this.
