Reminder emails: Ability to send a reminder to the user who started but has not completed the form

Why can't the email be sent to the user who started filling out the form but has not completed it? This would be incredibly helpful

I understand that you want to send a reminder email to the person who starts to fill the form and didn't submit the form. I am not sure if this is possible since the form information was never sent to JotForm server to be able to send a reminder email. If you are referring to the same, please let us know so that we may be able to send the thread to our backend team as a feature request.
