Hi all,
when I try to create a PDF form I receive the attached message.

Hi Enrica - I was able to replicate the error when trying to download a PDF via 'My Forms' page. This will be reported to our developers for fixing.
Could you try downloading PDF form via PUBLISH page? Please refer to the screenshot:
If the problem will persist, let us know and we will check further.
