We still use live chat. however, it is activated according to the number of support agents available .
We are striving to have it available most of the day and we thank you for your feedback about this tool.
Meanwhile we progress toward having 24 hour live chat, if you need any assistance we are here 24/7 through the forum.

I am facing a problem, I would like to solve through talking with you instantly. I can understand that while we chat through IM. Please let me know how can I touch base with Live Chat support.

Unfortunately , we are lacking of enough manpower to have live chat as for now. However, we are planning to bring this way of communication back again very soon.

I have a question that I have submitted through the forum and have received no response to. I really need help here. My form is not sending notification emails that have files uploaded with the form. PLEASE HELP!
