Is their a way to look up applications for jobs a person has applied to? I want to look over one of the applications I submitted on the 27 of November. The form was taken down and I recently let you know the job post was a scam. I just want to look over my answers in the application.

Please respond at earliest convenience. Thank you.

As a form owner you can do it, here are some guides that will help you doing so:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    https://www.jotform.com/help/450-How-to-Search-a-Submission-from-the-Submissions-Page

As submitter, there is no way to do that unless the form's owner downloads and share the data with you.

    Thanks.

    Follow up question...

When jobs are posted, are they permitted to ask for SSN on jotform?

For forms asking this type of information (SSN) needs to comply with two things.

    1. Add Terms of use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities.

    2. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.
