Forms are so Glitchy, not letting the users to enter email Id

    I wanted to let you know that one of my experts in my online summit quit because the form was giving her problems, she got overwhelmed, and decided not to participate in my event.

    Her assistant tried to fill out her form for her to help, the form would not allow her to put in the expert's email address but kept putting in her own.

    Another expert kept getting error messages that said she could not submit the form without filling out a section she did not want to fill out, even though I have set it to be not required.

    I am not happy that using your forms has been so difficult to my experts that they don't want to participate in my event!

    Yes, it's the Dynamic Midlife Speaker Form & Agreement.

    It has happened yet again - I got this email yesterday from Dr. Shiroko:
    Hi Anasuya
    I filled out the form but when I click submit - the page disappears so I’m not sure it went through.

    I did not receive this form.

    I test submitted your form to check if I can reproduce the issue reported.

    But so far I could not on my test.

    I was able to see the Thank You page of the form after submission.

    and I was able to receive the email of my submission as well.

    Please tell us the steps taken to reproduce the issue.

    We will check further once we have more information.
