submission counter is incorrect on montly payment account

    hi, our submission counter says we have 38 out of 100 submissions used. Our account just downgraded in the last few days from 1000 submissions, and we haven't received 38 submissions already. Or have we?

    Hi there, 

    Our counters reset at the begining of each month, not the begining of the billing cycle.  

    So at this point, your account has received 38 submissions since the begining of January.

    oh thanks...except how do we know that we are approaching our max for the month if the number doesn't correspond to our monthly billing cycle?

    The counter is what the system uses to define your submission limits.
    Once your counter approaches the limit, you should receive an e-mail warning you about it.

    Just a reminder that you can upgrade or downgrade at any time!
