problem with printing pdf of submissions

hi today everytime i try to print my pdf version of a submission a box is embedded on the top with which format of pdf i want to create, despite naming my document and choosing a type this box wont go away!! very infuriating! i was able to print my submissions fine yesterday!!

I have tested my sample PDF and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

This option will only show when it is your first time to create a PDF form or there is no default layout for your PDF. After selecting a layout this option will not pop-up when you return to view your PDF.

Please select a layout and let us know if the issue still remains.
