Transferring Ownership of Form

I've created a form for a conference, but I would like the official conference account to be associated with the form, in terms of receiving the submission emails and paying for advanced levels of Jotform membership. Is there anyway for me to transfer ownership of the form, or do I need to remake the form under the conference account?

We can move the form for you.  Let us know which form specifically you would like moved, as well as the username of the account you would like the form moved to and we will take care of it as soon as we can.

Please transfer ownership of JASP 2019 Registration - Draft to the account JASP2018. I would like to remain an authorized user on the form, as I will be maintaining it/keeping track of submissions.

    Thank you!

Since you have mentioned that you would like to remain an authorized user on the form, we probably need one more confirmation from you. We do not have an option to transfer a form and keep access shared with you. This would require a permission of new form owner. I can suggest to advise new form owner to add your account as sub user in order to share access to the form: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

If we can proceed with form transferring, just let us know.

It says on the linked page that there are no longer sub-users?

If I was a sub-user on this account last year, do I need to be made a sub-user again for a specific form?

The sub-user feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

If I was a sub-user on this account last year, do I need to be made a sub-user again for a specific form?

Yes, since you want to move the form to JASP2018 and this form is new. Even if you are a sub-user from that account before, you will need to request permission to the new owner of the form you wish to transfer.

If we can proceed with form transferring, just let us know.

Thank you! One more question: Will the public-facing URL of the form stay the same since it has transferred to a new owner, or is there a new URL?

If there is a new URL, I would appreciate you sending it to me. I am not yet a sub-user on the form.

Thank you for all of the help!

If you are using the JotForm default URL with the form ID (https://form.jotform.com/83335588930163), there are no changes required from your end. It should be working normally with the same URL after moving it to the new account.

If you are using any custom URLs for your forms, it is required to update the username in the URL and share/embed them again.

    Hope this information helps!
