    Not receiving email notifications anymore

    I have 2 mail address in my mail configuration but i resive the form in just 1 mail address 

    i think is son error in your system bicouse 2 days a go i resive normaly in 2 address 


    Please help me

    One of your email recipient ended up to the bounce list due to the following reason:

    info@labo****.*** is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<0000013c439328f7-8313ae2e-9938-4189-80e2-4b6017c3399f-000000@amazonses.com>) with the subject of (Chumo labonita.asia) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.'

    I have now removed that email from the bounce list so it should be working fine now. Kindly take note on the bounce list reason to avoid this from happening again.  We would also recommend to read the following article as it may help prevent this type of issue.  How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues
