I have upgraded my account, but it is not registered on my user (URGENT)

    On my user support@mediaplus.no I still have only 100 submissions on my forms. 

    How long will it take before it is registered? I have received the emails that confirms my upgrade. 


    This is urgent now that we have to open for more that 100 registrations on our form.

    Hi there,

    Your account is already active to PREMIUM upon checking. Can you please log out first in your account, then delete browser cache and cookies, then log back in?
