Form Cutoff Time - Daily

    Hey there,

We are a doughnut shop that stops taking preorders at 3PM each day. In other words, after 3PM today, you cannot place an order for tomorrow.

Is it possible to set this up through Jotform? Ideally, after 3PM today, people would not be able to choose tomorrow as an order date; it would be greyed out or disable.

Let me know if that doesn't make sense!

You can achieve this using Conditions + Time.

Please check our user guide: Conditionally Enable or Disable a Form Based on Time

Thanks for the input. Is it possible to disable a certain option within a form element, and not the element itself?

The condition would be that if Current Time is after 3PM, then tomorrow's date in the Pickup/Delivery Date would not be selectable. Does that make sense?

You can make this work using Date Limits option instead(not Conditions).

Just add those dates you wanted disabled in the calendar.

Awesome. I made it so today is not an option to choose as a date by making the start date "today+1".

Next, is it possible to make it so that "today+2" (or whatever the form considers tomorrow) is NOT selectable if the Time section is after 3PM?

It sounds like this would be a condition.
