Having a problem with the form saying that the signature field is required even when there is a signature.

    We are having a problem with the form saying that the signature field is required even when there is a signature.  This only happens about 30% of the time though.  This has happened on a couple of different forms we have.

    I'm trying to submit your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Do you experience that 30% on the same device / pc?

    If so, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. That may work.

    Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue.

    I'm unable to submit the form even when E-signature is complete.

    ** Steps to replicate

    1. On iphone or iPad (both Safari and Chrome on iOS exhibit this issue)

    2. Submit form without signature

    3. See error message 'This field is required'

    4. Complete signature and click 'Submit'

    5. Nothing happens, and form is not submitted. The error message 'This field is required' is still visible.


    Note, I have two forms and only one form exhibits this issue.
