    I get this message: submit.jotform.us uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on 2/28/2013 5:19 PM. The current time is 3/17/20

    Hi,

    You can solve this by using the non-SSL URL of the embedded form. Currently, I see the form embedded using https protocol which will results in SSL submissions -- but your website is not using https.

    Use regular URL instead http://www.jotform.us/form/30103688474152 

    Or if you need to use SSL, then you should make sure your website can support https and enable it.
