Hi,
We received a bill for upgrading to the Silver non profit plan on Cyber Monday. But I'm not sure to understand why we've ben charged $91.43 USD (Invoice #20183270318)... We were already paying 19,50$ per months with the Bronze plan, and now it's 19,50$ per months with the Silver plan. I'm sure this bill is wrong.

The billing is correct. You had a remaining unused credit in Bronze yearly plan, that's why the Silver yearly plan was not charged in full:

ok, but :
1- Why $178.29 USD for the Silver plan? Isn't it suppose to be $117 USD yearly with the Cyber Monday and the non-profit discount ($9,75 per month)?
2 - So I would think $117 - $86,86 (unused time on Bronze Yearly Non-Profit) : $30,14 USD balance due
It looks like the non-profit discount haven't been applied with the Cyber Monday promotion.

We do not allow multiple discounts being applied in a subscription. You can only choose 1, either the non-profit or the Black Friday discount. Checking from your invoice, it seems that the non-profit discount was used when you upgrade your Silver plan.
