How can I prevent completed applications from coming to my email but still be able to access them through jotform? Please advise. Thank you.

Yes, you can delete the email notification and just check the submissions on your account, this guide will help you deleting the email: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
