There's no option to do that in any payment method in Jotform builder.

If you want to add a blank line, you can add an input field and apply a CSS code to make it look like a blank line.

Here's a sample form https://form.jotform.com/83438411845965. Feel free to clone it https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.

If you are trying to put some calculation value, you'll need to use the form calculation widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/calculation. If that is not what you are trying to achieve, please provide us with more details of your requirement.

    Looking forward for your response.

    Thank you very much.

Actually the copy is changed and this copy is to be added and, YES I need the total to be calculated.

    So in addition to this:

    - Association Membership Dues: $275

    - Training Membership Dues: $275

We are adding this right underneath:

We invite you to consider making a Charitable Contribution to support NPAP.

    - $100

    - $500

    - $1,000

    - $1,500

    - Other: ________

    MasterCard/Visa accepted

Oh and this needs to be in the middle, is that possible?

    Here's what you need.

1). Set the payment field as a "User defined amount" as we will be passing the total calculated amount into that field.

2). Create an individual field to meet your needs. ex. if you will need to have a multiple choice field, you can use the "Multiple choice" field. If single selection, you can choose "Single choice" field.

3). Assign a calculation value to each option https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

4). Pass that value to a form calculation widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/calculation

5). Pass the total value in the form calculation widget into your payment field by assigning the field to get the value from the form calculation widget https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field.

With your form, I cloned it and made a sample here https://form.jotform.com/83438411845965.

Feel free to clone it https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL so you can see how I applied the suggested method above.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

Your users are, upon submitting, redirected to PayPal's website where they finish the process of paying.

If you want credit card possibility in the form, you will have to use PayPal Pro: https://www.jotform.com/help/458-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Pro

    Thank you.

Thank you for getting back to me.

I am confused now as we have credit card registration set up within JotForm. Here is the original form I was working with - https://form.jotform.com/83386669063166

This form above is one the former person here created for me as an attempt to implement what is needed.

It's not possible to add a custom amount in your current setup. You'll need to set the "Payment type" to "User defined amount" and create your own product separately on other field as what I've shown in my sample form https://form.jotform.com/83438411845965.

However, the sample form I've used was for PayPal checkout, if you want to keep the credit card payment field with your Authorize.net payment, you can do so but you will need to apply the changes I've described in my previous message.
