Do not receive auto responder email

    For some reason, when I tried testing the donation, I didn't receieve the cusstomized auto reply email. Am I not doing something right?

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards to the issue, I would suggest you to change Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com as this help s to ensure that auto-response is not identified by the recipient's email provider as spam.
