I am not able to reset my password

    I have been trying for three hours to use my JOTFORM account.  My passwor is not working.  I have been waiting for hours for the email to reset my password.

    Hi, sorry for the delay. I did found your email in the bounce lists due to ff: reason

     

     

    brer###@comcast.net is IN the bounce list

    I had it removed from the list alreay, so you should be able to reset your password now. Inform us if you still find issue loggin in. Thanks.

    I am not receiving the emailed instructions to reset my password.
