Need help with product quote and security survey.

Hi!  I was speaking with Jennifer re: the enterprise pricing; however, since we are purchasing for our one department, it will only be feasible for us to consider the Silver level subscription plan.  We are required to have HIPAA and GDPR compliant solution and potential vendors must answer a security survey with our specific questions.  Would you be able to do so or direct me to the correct person? 

Once this form is completed, I can proceed with a product demo for our team and securing our BAA.  We have reviewed the BAA sample online and it looks to align well with our BAA.  I am hopeful we can work this out in a timely manner to take advantage of the year-end pricing!  Thanks in advance for your help!
