PCI transaction error on Recurring Payments form

    I set up a form with a recurring payment with the Subscription Period set to Daily and  Number Of Payments set to 3.

    As stated in the post error, I believe the minimum number should be for 7 days if using Daily period option.

    Please try change Number of Payments at min = 7.

    Let us know if this did not resolve the issue.

    I appreciate the response and will try that solution, although the error message is far from clear that it is referring to Number of Payments.

    I did a test submission using your form and I was still able to see the error as well.

    I have some new information from my own testing. I was mistakenly thinking the proble, was related to the Number of Payments, as I had previously successfully gotten recurring payments to work with No Limit and Monthly. The error started when I changed both fields, to 3 and Daily. But I think the problem is in your API setup with Daily.

    I just ran a test with No Limit and Daily which failed.
    I then ran a test with No Limit and Weekly which passed.
    My initial success was with No Limit and Monthly which passed.

    I have not tried setting limits to Weekly or Monthly, but I suspect they might work.

    I think you are right with this statement: 'the error message is far from clear that it is referring to Number of Payments.'

    Error message says 'Interval Length', so the subscription can not be renewed on a daily basis as interval should be 7 days or longer. Please use Subscription Period option as weekly or longer period.
