How can I recover deleted forms?

Is there a way to recover forms that were accidentally deleted in the process of deleting old submissions? 

Forms that were deleted can be restored from the "Trash" link provided on your My Form page as shown below.

Select the form and click on "Restore".

Please note if you have purged your forms, they cannot be restored.
