    Hello There,

Please help asap, I'm doing this for a school project. I am using JotForm on Joomla 2.5 to create a food journal. Is there a way users can get all of there edit links in one place so that they can edit any submission without going through all of their emails?

    Thank You,

    Amanda

Yes, that is posible. You can let users update an entry on a later date. That's possible on the new version of JotForm. To do that, first create an auto-responder email. Then add {edit_link} tag to the body of the email.

When a user submits the form they will receive a confirmation email and it will contain a link to the pre-filled form. Then, they can update their entry.

But should I tell them to put all of these links on a page or can I do this for them?

Like the guide explains to you, all you need to do is to make an autoresponder and each person filling the form out will recieve the link to their own submitted form.

Follow the guide and make tests. You'll see how it works

The autoresponder makes sense. But I want form submissions to be displayed in a way similar to this where my users log in and see all of their submissions from this form in a chart.

A possible way to do that is to create a GRID Report, it will give you an iframe codes to embed, copy the codes then place that in your website.

    Thanks

Thank you for this! Is there anyway I can edit the result page so that users can only see submissions that match their email address?

Unfortunately, that's not possible. The report can either be public or password protected and you can only limit which field to show, not per user inquiry by their email address.

    Thanks

Oh okay, thank you again for your help! Hopefully that will be a feature in the future.
