New submissions page disappears

I just did some modifications and testing on a form I imported from Wufoo.  The form is form #83156948241159.  When I try to bring up submissions (using the new version), the page starts to appear, but right before actual submissions appear, the page goes blank and stays blank.  The submissions page works fine on my other forms. 

Thoughts?

I checked the form on your account and I was able to replicate the issue. I will forward this issue to our developers so they can investigate it further.

In the meantime, please use the link below to open the Old version of the Submission panel:
