People are not receiving emails containing our Jotform link?

    We have been using Jotform for a few years now and just started having issues with people not receiving emails that contains the Jotform link or the will send to spam. People can still receive other emails fine and emails from our address have never perviously ended up in spam folders (especially people with gmail email address for some reason). Some people are also telling us that one of our links has expired but I haven't set any kind of conditions for it to expire.

    You said that people doesn't receive your email that contains Jotform link? How did you send the email? Is it through Jotform or did you use your own email client?
